Use for vaginal ointment with coconut oil and shea butter for treatment of Azole resistant Candida. Clinical studies show that Myrtus communis is equal with effecte of Metranidazole (Flagil), but does not give resistance. It can also be combined with oregano, pomegranate and tea trea -all are synergistic and potentiate either substance.

I'm using it mostly with diffuser and very content with this oil. Smell is very bright and fresh, with grassy and peppery notes and a hint of sweetness. I also have myrtle oil from another manufacturer, but this one feels better in comparison since aroma is more distinct and full.

I purchased this oil along with a few other essential oils (peppermint, peppermint, pine, rosemary, rosemary, bay, eucalypt) to try to treat any respiratory ailments of my two year old. I very much appreciated the prompt advice of the marketing department, who suggested not to put these oils on the baby's skin yet. They gave me a few pointers and names of books on aromatherapy for toddlers. So I followed the advice and put a few drops of each oil on a small pad, and place it on the night lamp in his room. Apart from the absolutely delicious aroma, I notice that my little one seems to breathe easier at night and his nose doesn't get stuffed up.
