- Comparing hair characteristics of the baseline assessments to the post style assessments, the benefits of including 2.0% Honeyquat in a conditioner are more apparent. Average Results for Participant’s Sensory Assessment: improved smoothing, wet and dry combability, anti-frizz, overall feel, shine and hydration by 18%, 5.0%, 12%, 14%, 21%, 14% and 16%, respectively. It is clear from this study that Honeyquat helps create a smooth, sleek hair style. The hair treated is noticeably shinier than the control.

I use this active in hair conditioner. I also like the smell and the effect, it doesn't smooth curly hair very much but helps moisturize them.

It's a cationic product that helps to open hair and the conditioning effect in shampoos. In shampoo I use it in 6% concentration and hair does not require conditioner after washing.
