Twice now I have ordered containers and unfortunately I am disappointed. Last time I received faulty bottles, and elemental.ro's response was to send them back for inspection (which was not worth it to me dpdv of the shipping I had to pay yet again). And this time, the rating is for the packaging. Due to putting all of the bottles in a poor quality bag, many bottles ended up broken, and the bag they were put in was punctured all the way through so the broken bottles spilled all over the other products purchased. So in the future I will have to go with another distributor of cosmetic containers. I no longer trust elemental.ro as far as containers are concerned.
